In these Terms and Conditions, Love Me Love My Clothes is referred to as “LMLMC”. By placing an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You will therefore be bound by these terms and conditions in your dealings with us. If you do not agree with this assumption, then you should contact us in writing before placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions, your order and your use of our web site are governed by English law and we both agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your UK non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been created for use within the United Kingdom and under UKlaw. Although we are prepared to consider requests for goods and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no express or implied promise that the use of this website or the placing of any order through the website from outside the UK will comply with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. It follows; any goods or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and LMLMC for the sale of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point your credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect your UK statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen and that at all times the prices shown on our website are up to date - please refer to our returns policy below. In addition to the price of the goods we will add a delivery charge to the value of your order where appropriate.

Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns policy
You may return goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you without argument an exchange or refund provided that the goods are returned in perfect, unused condition and with the original packaging.

We will not accept the return of goods if they have been washed or dry-cleaned. Nor we will accept the return of swimwear, jewellery or lingerie unless it is defective.

Returning goods
If you chose to return goods, then unless they are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the good to us. To return any goods to us:

We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. We therefore strongly suggest that you obtain proof of posting. Please note that we will only refund the cost of postage where you are able to demonstrate that the item returned is faulty.

Payment and taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment using the latest SSL encrypted technology via PAYPAL. PAYPAL accept most credit cards and debit cards. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are exclusive of delivery charges and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. If custom or import duties are levied once the good reaches your destination country, you will be responsible for those charges or duties as we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict them.

We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website.

Our promises to you
We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a good is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case a member of our sales team will inform you as soon as possible and either offer you a refund or suggest an alternative.

Dates quoted for delivery are estimated only and may be subject to change. We do not accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Garment care
Please read carefully the care instructions for each garment. As we can not accept liability if these are not followed.

Delivery
At LMLMC we will dispatch your goods within 2 working days of your placing your order and payment.

For all our deliveries a signature may be required.

Conformity of goods
We are careful to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. However, while the colour reproduction of the goods on our website of the goods is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system used by you.

Disclaimer & limitations of liability
LMLMC does not accept liability for death or personal injury arising directly or indirectly from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither LMLMC nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of LMLMC or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the goods or their use or resale by you.

The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of LMLMC and any other associated concern of LMLMC as if references to LMLMC included references to each such associated concern.

While LMLMC uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information on its website is accurate and up to date, it does not warranty such accuracy or completeness and LMLMC shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions or the consequences flowing from the use of such information

While LMLMC has taken all reasonable steps to ensure an efficient service, it does not guarantee that the use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto your computer.

Further, LMLMC does not accept responsibility or liability for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within our website. LMLMC has no control of those websites and therefore cannot be responsible for their content. If we do provide such links then they are provided merely to assist users of our website and we would like to make it clear that their inclusion in our website does not in any sense constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with LMLMC.

The entire liability of LMLMC under or in connection with any contract for any goods to which these Terms and Conditions shall apply shall not exceed the price of the goods, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.

LMLMC will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

LMLMC may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations or rights under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of LMLMC.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.
